Hi, I'm Nathan,

I'm an artist, educator, and philosopher exploring
ecology, theology, and digital culture
through music, video art, and writing.

After obtaining a PhD in Classics and teaching for several years at Hunter College and City College of New York, my academic interests gradually converged with my artistic career, and now I sing, rap, create videos and produce shows about philosophical, sociological and ecological ideas.

My current focus is exploring how
our faith traditions, and other systems of ultimate Value,
can help us reclaim meaning, community and material immediacy
in an age of technological acceleration and ecological crisis.
